When Newspeak corrupts English so badly, do we need to invent new words?

The problem with saying CC - climate change - is that CC is defined by the self-styled climate consensus in government & IPCC - the latest IPCC report implied ALL CC was man-made; by claiming the contribution of climate variability (AKA natural CC) is zero. Newspeak has so corrupted English that using the Newspeak term is actually misleading.

I feel skeptics need a new phrase to distinguish fake CC from real CC. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of synonyms for 'change' in English. "Climate turnover" / "Climate revamp" ? Or we could import a new word from the Greek ...

allagḗ / állos = Greek (ancient) noun for change.

Climate-allagḗ - has a nice ring to it, and a Frenchy exotic feel. I like it.

This idea initially seemed crazy, and defeatist, to me. They I realized: scientists, academics, philosophers, The Left, ... invent new words all the time to talk about things of no consequence to most people. So why not a new word to talk about the so-called biggest existenital threat of our time?

fake CC = climate change
real CC = Climate-allagḗ

But many will say I'm capitulating to Newpeak anti-linguists. Perhaps a better solution is to append real or fake to the CC term?

fake climate change = Newspeak term employed by media / IPCC / NGOs / IGOs / government
real climate change = Climate as it is. The thing-in-itself

But this in yer face aggressiveness is too much for many. So, taking decorum and civilis into account I will in future say:

'consensus' climate change = Newspeak employed by media / IPCC / NGOs / IGOs / government
real climate change = Climate as it is. The thing-in-itself
